These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SVKT - AI YouTube Creator Tools Chrome extension ("the Extension") operated by SVKT Tools ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
SVKT Tools is a Chrome extension that provides YouTube content creators with analytics, channel insights, video analysis tools, and AI-powered chapter generation. The Extension integrates with YouTube and YouTube Studio using Google's official APIs.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Extension. By using the Extension, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have a valid Google Account with a connected YouTube channel.
3. Accounts and Membership
The Extension offers two membership tiers:
- Free: Access to basic tools with usage limits.
- Premium: Full access to all tools, including unlimited AI chapter generation. Activated via a one-time activation code.
Activation codes are non-refundable once redeemed. Each code can only be used once. We reserve the right to revoke access in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Google API Usage
The Extension uses Google OAuth 2.0 to access your YouTube data on a read-only basis. By signing in with Google, you authorize the Extension to access your YouTube channel statistics, video metadata, and analytics data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings.
Our use of data obtained via Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Extension in any way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Google's Terms of Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Extension.
- Use the Extension to scrape, collect, or store other users' data.
- Share, resell, or distribute your activation code after redemption.
- Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the Extension and this website is the property of SVKT Tools. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the data displayed will always be accurate. YouTube and Google API availability is outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVKT Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you for any such changes.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
